Here is an enchanting pavilion in New York made of 1000 plastic hoops attached with plastic ties, and supported by a thin steel structure. The structure is designed by Korean architect Minsuk Cho of Mass Studies in Seoul and provides a setting for a series of evening events. I really think that such structures livens up public squares and encourage interaction of pedestrians, something that we see a lot in the west not so much at our part of the world.
This is a video of the construction.
